Brynmawr Family Church is an active member of the ‘Churches Together in Brynmawr’ group. This group regularly meets together to pray for the town and to arrange events that will effectively communicate the gospel.

We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance. EA is a body which represents Evangelical Churches in government, the media, the wider Church as well as secular bodies. It is a public voice for the Church in order to bring about change in society. It also provides resources and networking to the Church.

We are a Church plant from Abergavenny Family Church and we are overseen by them, primarily by the pastor of AFC, Tony Reynolds. As a daughter Church, we meet regularly for fellowship with Abergavenny at an event called ‘Open Heavens’. We also regularly have Tony and others visiting to bring teaching on a Sunday morning in the service.

We have had regular contacts with other groups working in Wales:

Emerge Wales seeks to encourage Christians to desire and to believe for the manifestation of the glory of God to bring transformation to whole regions.

Related leaders meets monthly to network, pray together, encourage and support leaders in the ministry. It is a grouping of like-minded Churches

Wales Wide seeks to encourage like-minded Churches to work together to strengthen Church planting and growth across Wales.
